Hello! As the new owners of Relax! Massage Therapy & Skincare, we are thrilled to be a part of this wonderful team in this beautiful town. Wilmington holds a special place in the hearts of everyone who visits or calls it home, and we’re honored to be a part of the community and this healing oasis.

Between us, our backgrounds span the healing arts and the business world, and we’re excited to build on the many years of success the spa has enjoyed. We invite you to come on this journey with us as we grow and expand the service offerings and the team and even add new locations. As Wilmington’s favorite (and best-reviewed) spa, we want to share this gift with even more people in the coming years.

Hello! My name is Lindsay, and I am the Spa Manager at Relax! Massage Therapy and Skin Care. I have devoted my life to self care, resilience, embodiment and all things healing. I am a yoga teacher, a licensed massage therapist and an herbalist. I also have a deep passion for rallying cohesive teams to create ripples of healing and positive change in the greater community. I am blown away daily by the skillset, the authenticity and the kindness of the team at Relax! It is an absolute honor to work alongside such phenomenal humans and to provide an oasis for healing and restoration for the Wilmington community and beyond!

Check out my 2 truths and a lie on our Facebook page. The answer is: The lie is number 1. The truth is I broke both arms simultaneously while playing soccer over the summer at age 16. I ended up with 2 full arm casts!
