I moved to North Carolina from upstate New York several years ago to continue my passion for massage and gain new life experiences in a new city. I developed a passion for massage therapy at a young age when I saw how much it has helped me manage my own chronic back pain.
I went to a three year college in NY for massage therapy and have been a licensed massage therapist since 2015. I have always been passionate about helping others, and as a massage therapist I am able to provide my clients with the best physical and mental care possible.
Due to my own back pain and years of massage experience, I am able to customize sessions to serve my clients best needs. I’ve worked with a lot of athletes and clients with chronic pain and injuries to help them heal more quickly. I’m looking forward to helping you on your journey to becoming healthier and more relaxed.
Modalities Offered: Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Cupping, Sports, Trigger Point, Migraine/TMJ, Lymphatic, Couples

I specialize in SMRT (spontaneous muscle release technique) for the body and therapeutic massage. By using these techniques together, I am able to provide full body healing for pain issues ranging from acute to chronic. Whatever you’re struggling with, I can help with my special combination of treatments.

I have always appreciated self-care and mind-body practices as an integral part of maintaining health and being a happy human!
Since 2001 I have been a yoga teacher and since 2007 a licensed massage therapist. I also have a background in teaching for massage therapy students and continuing education for massage therapy professionals. I love helping people feel their best and I love seeing students achieve their goals.
I first became interested in becoming a licensed massage therapist after studying Thai massage which incorporates passive stretching and energy work with the effects of deep relaxation, pain management, improved energy, and overall well-being.
My education & training includes Bachelor of Fine Arts UNC-Charlotte, Yoga Alliance Teacher Training, Massage Therapy License, NCBTMB Continuing Education Provider, Advanced Thai Yoga Bodywork Certificate, Reflexology Certificate, Clinical Application of Pure Essential Oils Certificate, Prenatal Massage Certificate & several other modalities. I love learning & will continue to serve clients by being a life-long learner.
I live with my partner, one dog, one cat and several chickens, a little outside of Wilmington, but I do not mind the commute. In my free time I practice yoga and qigong, spend time with family and friends, sometimes travel a bit, and little known fun fact about me…I play Irish flute, which is so fun!
I look forward to seeing you soon for your health and wellness needs.
Modalities Offered – Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Prenatal, Sports, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Table Thai, Thai Yoga, Migraine/TMJ, Couples, Herbal Compress

I moved here about two years ago from Florida, and I am crazy about this cute beachy hideaway! Wilmington is a gem. I started doing massage 26 years ago, after a car accident left me with pain every time I moved my neck. In my search for relief, I tried doctors, chiropractors, and physical therapy, however it was massage therapy that brought me the joy of watching my pain disappear and my mobility return.
That experience was the paradigm shift that completely changed my outlook on massage and all of its beliefs. I love helping people walk out of the discomfort of a painful body into the freedom of a pain-free, healthy body. And I love bringing peace to an overwhelmed and stressed out person.
Whatever your condition or needs, massage will provide you with short and long lasting benefits. The massage modalities I like to use are neuromuscular, deep, Swedish, hot stones and cupping. I can’t wait to meet you. Let’s get started.
Modalities Offered – Deep Tissue, Cupping, Trigger Point, Couples

Although I hail from northern Virginia, I have lived in all of the Southeastern coastal states. I feel like I’m living my best life when I am watching the sun rise/set with my golden retriever, Sully, at the beach. After living in Florida, I made Wilmington my home in 2019.
After spending 15 years as a Physical Therapist Assistant (Duke University, hospital, UNC burn unit, orthopedic offices, long-term healthcare), I raised my children and decided to go back to helping others heal. I became a Massage Therapist, graduating from Georgia Massage School in 2013. I have continuing education in many areas, including reflexology, trigger point therapy, and essential oils. My recent focus in continuing education has been in Applied Kinesiology, and I have taken several courses from U.S. Kinesiology Training Institute, including Touch for Health Levels 1-3 (use of eastern meridians and acupressure for pain relief as well as relief of anxiety and stress) as well as Pain Releasers 1 and 2 using acupressure, neuromuscular cupping.
Whether it be muscle tension, difficulty relaxing, chronic pain, insomnia or just stress from everyday life, that brings you to my massage table, I look forward to the challenge and excitement of working with you on your journey to better health and wellness.
Modalities Offered – Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Cupping, Trigger Point, Herbal Compress

I am a native of Wilmington, currently live in the Hampstead area. At 21, I started a very traditional style of martial arts that became a core part of my adult life. When I was 25 years old, I had one of those humbling life moments that resulted in my Martial Arts Instructor saying, “Tomorrow you are going up to the school and signing up for massage classes. You can do more with your life.” I was not going to argue with him. This ended up being the start of a great passion for helping people. When I am giving a massage, therapeutic touch becomes communication. When I found the ability to “communicate through touch” and how many ways it has been used since ancient Egypt to help, heal, love, and build, all without the need for words, I knew I had found the healing art for me.
During my first year in practice a client gave me a compliment that really solidified in my mind why I was doing massage therapy. This gentleman, after seeing me twice a month for about 6 months, told me, “I’m about to move out of the state, and this is my last session before I have to move. I had to tell you that, because of you, I have been able to get out in the yard and teach my son how to play ball this past weekend.” If I am able to impact 1 family, 1 relationship, or even 1 individual to give them the freedom of mobility…I’m doing my job.
I look forward to meeting you and helping you regain mobility and freedom of movement. Please keep in mind, the particular massage style I have developed is not for people who want a light, easy, relaxing massage. My style is therapeutic in nature and requires engagement in the experience. If that sounds like what you’ve been looking for, please call the front desk at 910-262-1122 to schedule an appointment with me. See you soon!
Modalities Offered – Deep Tissue, Sports, Assisted Stretching, Trigger Point, Migraine/TMJ, Couples

I’ve been a wellness professional since 1999 with a passion for helping people reconnect to the power that exists within their own bodies.
My career was inspired by my own recovery from a childhood injury and I’ve been an educator, massage therapist, polarity therapist, health coach, intuitive eating counselor and the founder of a community wellness center in Maine.
In 2020 I made what I like to call a midlife informed “”pandemic pivot”” selling my wellness center and personal belongings in exchange for a sabbatical and an abundant minimalist lifestyle here in Wilmington.
I’m thrilled to join the Relax team and specialize in helping my clients feel deeply relaxed and reconnected to themselves. By using an integrative mind-body approach of combining massage therapy, polarity therapy, Reiki, hot stones or cupping I love to customize each session to your unique needs.
Modalities Offered – Deep Tissue, Hot Stone, Cupping, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Reflexology, Reiki

After ten years of providing massage therapy in Texas, I moved to the Wilmington area in 2022 and am delighted to be here.
I think massage is a very honored profession because we really help people in need. We help them release the pain from their body and stress from work and life that makes people depressed, anxious and sad.
I like to include acupressure in my sessions because when we are doing massage, we are not only doing one type of massage. Yes, the human body has 365 acupressure or we say acupuncture points. Everywhere on the body there are acupressure points. I learned that different acupressure points have different functions, so I give guests specific treatments based on their different problems.
I always mix different types of massage together because guests need to relax and also need to work out their muscles that are tight or painful.
I look forward to helping you!

I am a licensed Esthetician and Certified Reiki healer. My passion for skincare, makeup and everything beauty began at a very early age! I spent countless hours of my teenage years reading beauty blogs and magazine articles, watching makeup tutorials and creating my own DIY skincare products including everything from face masks to body scrubs.
I am so excited to be part of the Relax team and look forward to helping my clients achieve their optimum skincare goals! My services are performed using a holistic approach that combines both my training and knowledge in all aspects of skincare and Reiki.
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. I am also an empath and a great listener and I bring both of those lifelong skills into every treatment!
A graduate of Cape Fear Esthetics program and a level 2 certified Reiki healer, my philosophy is based on healing from the inside out!
